**ABOUT THE ROLES**

We are looking for industry professionals who are ‘obsessed with attendance’, love being part of building best practice plans and strategies, are passionate about understanding our fans and executing campaigns to drive sales and have the ability to acquire new customers and upsell and retain current ones. We have permanent and fixed-term opportunities available.

These are Club focussed roles where you will partner with Clubs to support and generate revenue by providing expert advice and by aligning activities to ensure we meet our collective objectives.

The key responsibilities of the Customer Growth Specialists will be to identify, build and implement campaigns to drive acquisition and retention outcomes across Club membership and match ticket sales. This role will see you work across League and Club functional areas to identify areas of opportunity and will require strong engagement and co-ordination skills to ensure that plans are aligned and well executed. You will support the overarching Consumer Growth business in operational areas including ticketing and membership. You will have knowledge of ticketing and membership systems and reporting.

We have big ambitions and are going to take the Big Bash to the next level, so experience in consumer business in a sporting organisation or similar member related industry is important. We are also looking for sales hunters, people who sweat the daily sales reports, and have an insatiable appetite to partner with our Clubs to grow their businesses.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- **Experience in consumer business - ticket sales, membership within a sporting organisation or relevant industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: University degree in relevant fields.
- You will have a strong commercial mindset that can look around corners.
- Experience with creating crowd build or attendance sales plans.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
