
Spearheading Transformation in Consumer Experience

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive lasting change for individuals living with diabetes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Centre of Excellence and lead a department responsible for contact centre operations, contract management, continuous improvement, clinical governance, and resource planning.
About the Role:
This is a strategic leadership opportunity that demands a strong vision, operational expertise, and a passion for consumer-centric service delivery. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and leading a whole-of-operational excellence strategy aligned with our mission and priorities.
- Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive operational excellence strategy.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and consumer focus.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure sustainability and impact of funded initiatives.
- Contract Management & Performance Evaluation:
- Establish and lead a centralised contract management function to ensure consistency, compliance, and value.
- Drive strategic contract alignment and performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Embed robust evaluation and data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Oversee resource planning to optimise rostering and workforce utilisation across services.
- Consumer Experience:
- Oversee contact centre operations to deliver efficient, effective, and consumer-centric support.
- Evaluate and improve service design, delivery, and evaluation based on consumer insights and experience data.
About You:
We seek an accomplished senior leader with:
- A degree in business, health administration, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in health, not-for-profit, or government sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex teams including contract and consumer operations.
- Experience leading strategic transformation and stakeholder engagement at senior government levels.
