Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Specialist to join our Quality and Education team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, focusing on the needs and concerns of consumers throughout the healthcare journey.

This ongoing part-time role involves acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare teams, prioritizing consumer satisfaction to drive positive outcomes and foster stronger relationships.

Key Responsibilities
