We are seeking a seasoned Growth Leader to drive our expansion in Australia, spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy.

This leadership role is pivotal in driving growth and scaling our business, requiring a bold and dynamic individual well-versed in all facets of marketing, from creatives to growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record of supporting scaling businesses in the tech or fintech industry.

Key responsibilities include owning the growth marketing strategy and execution at the country level, leading cross-functional growth workstreams, and gathering market data to implement a rigorous incrementality-based measurement approach.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for effectively scaling performance marketing channels, including affiliates, search marketing, paid social media, lifecycle, and traditional audio and video advertising, while aligning marketing strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and acquisition.

A strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas, are essential for this role. Crypto native - passionate about blockchain and crypto.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
