About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team at our Alice Springs facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, mentoring junior staff, and driving clinical excellence.

With a strong background in nursing protocols, patient assessment, and care planning, you will be equipped to manage complex cases and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing routine, urgent, and emergency care to patients
  • Triage and medical advice within the scope of practice
  • Collecting and analyzing patient data, including blood pressures, weights, and laboratory samples
  • Maintaining clinics in accordance with best practices, ensuring a safe environment for patients
  • Responding to emergency situations, applying sound judgment and critical thinking

Your Success Factors

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A medical license to practice nursing in Australia
  • A minimum of five years' experience working as a registered/licensed nurse
  • A minimum of three years' experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff
  • Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques

What We Offer

KBR Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that support your well-being and professional growth.
