About the Role
  • This is a full-time continuous contract position based in Alice Springs, NT.
Salary Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package including:

  • $148,317 - $155,961 (p.a.) base salary
  • Total Effective Package: $179,023 - $187,663 (p.a.)*
Key Responsibilities

As a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and exceptional analytical abilities, you will lead our sophisticated risk, safety, and compliance function in a complex and diverse healthcare setting.

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field; a master's degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred.
  2. Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management at a senior level, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. A commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community control and a demonstrated understanding of the social, political, and economic issues affecting Aboriginal people in Central Australia.
