Job Summary

This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team at Barwon Health, providing government-funded carer support services to the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily reception and administrative duties, processing invoices and accounts, data input, and delivering excellent customer service to carers and care recipients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including reception duties, data entry, and processing of invoices and accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to carers and care recipients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by meeting targets and expectations around key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
