Employee Relations Compliance Specialist

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with relevant industrial laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of a robust compliance strategy and framework for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • Provide specialist advice and support on employee relations and industrial relations compliance concerns.
  • Lead and support employee relations/industrial relations compliance projects.
  • Ensure application of and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and adherence to relevant industrial laws and industrial instruments.
  • Provide advice and support on Industrial Instrument compliance, interpretation, and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in employee relations and/or industrial relations in-house or employer association/law firm providing workplace relations advice.
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant workplace legislation, regulations, awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Undergraduate degree in law, business, or human resources or related discipline with a key focus on employment and industrial relations.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision.
