About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering Analyst to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial transactions and maintaining our reputation as a responsible and trustworthy operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of transaction monitoring alerts, including data review of table and EGM play, cage/account records, bank deposits, telegraphic transfers, and surveillance/security reports.
  • Verify customer identification information and escalate discrepancies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review unusual activity referrals from internal employees and provide recommendations for further action.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of work plans, including setting task priorities, managing workflow, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Compile comprehensive customer risk assessments and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an AML Analyst in a casino, gaming, or financial services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminology, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international banking requirements.
  • Experience coaching and developing other team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
