Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on employee-related matters, including probationary periods, flexible work arrangements, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate the Employee Relations Compliance program, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Employee Relations team, preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation as required.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Entry-level HR experience in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Experience in coordinating administrative HR functions across multiple locations and functions.
- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
