Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Communications and Public Relations to join our team at Domain Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's narrative and communicating our vision to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, employees, and external partners.
  • Manage and execute crisis communications, reputation management, and change communications.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of internal communications programs to engage employees and promote company culture.
  • Lead the development and execution of external communications campaigns to promote the company's brand and reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in PR, Communications, Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, and/or Brand Communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies and manage teams.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and spokespeople.
