We are seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Employee Relations Consultancy Manager. As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and administrative support to the team and our business stakeholders on employee-related cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in kickstarting their career in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and advice to leaders on low-risk Employee Relations (ER) matters concerning team members, including Probationary Periods, Abandonment of Employment, Flexible Work Applications, and Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Provide initial guidance and advice to leaders and team members on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide initial advice to leaders on low-risk and low-complex non-work-related injuries/illnesses.
  • Coordinate the ER Compliance program of work and associated administration delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider ER Team; preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation, as required.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Entry-level HR experience in a mid to large-sized organisation.
  • Experience in coordinating a range of administrative HR functions and across multiple locations and functions.
  • Experience working in service industries and fast-paced dynamic workplaces.
  • Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
