About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our team in the Domestic and Family Violence space. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of clients and provide individualized support and case management services.
  • Assess and develop safety strategies and plans for clients, including risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Collaborate with local service providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships in the community.
  • Participate in local Safety Action Management (SAM) meetings and contribute to the development of community-based solutions to address domestic and family violence.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the Family and Domestic Violence space or strong knowledge of working with women and children experiencing DFV.
  • Qualifications in community services, case work, or a related field.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing complex caseloads.
  • Ability to work from the office and have a valid driver's license.
