Aged Care Claiming Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aged Care Claiming Professional to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Home Care Package subsidy claiming, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Key responsibilities include validation of monthly claims, verification of remittances, analysis of monthly claims, and posting adjustments as needed. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with government departments to resolve claim discrepancies and provide support to our elderly customers and their families.
This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week attendance at our Bella Vista office and the remainder of the week working from home. The role may occasionally require additional days of attendance with reasonable notice provided.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience working with Aged Care/Home Care Packages is highly desirable but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic is preferred but not essential
- Good working knowledge of large ERP systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and work independently
