About the Role
">We are seeking a Claims Processor to join our Finance department's Claims and Collections team. In this role, you will work with experienced colleagues, managing Home Care Package subsidy claims. Key responsibilities include validating monthly claims, verifying remittances (involving complex Excel reconciliations), analysing monthly claims, and posting adjustments as needed.
You will liaise with government departments to resolve claim discrepancies and assist elderly customers or their next of kin in understanding statements and invoices. Administrative tasks for Accounts Receivables are also part of your responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role, working one day per week from our Bella Vista office (Tuesday) and the rest of the week from home. The role may require additional days at short notice.
Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience working with Aged Care/Home Care Packages is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic is preferred but not essential
- A good understanding of large ERP systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
