About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Package Claims Specialist to join our Claiming and Collections team within the Finance department.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating monthly claims, verifying remittances, analysing claims, and posting any necessary adjustments. You will also liaise with government departments to resolve claim discrepancies and assist our elderly customers in understanding their statements and invoices.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement process enhancements, reduce risk, and optimise results. You will work closely with a seasoned team to guide you in this dynamic field.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, experience working with Aged Care/Home Care Packages, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Visual Basic is preferred but not essential. You will also possess good working knowledge of large ERP systems such as Salesforce, strong organisational and analytical skills, and ability to build strong internal relationships.

About You:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience working with Aged Care/Home Care Packages (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
