Business Development Manager

About our company is a global healthcare leader, creating breakthrough science to improve people's health.

We're always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory by driving sales and growth.
  • Proactively develop initiatives to engage senior leadership as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships; attend company sales meetings as required.
  • Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning and internal resources to service customers effectively.
  • Manage consignment stock efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles with up-to-date information.
  • Assist with product marketing and launches to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide valuable feedback on product and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical or Business Management field are essential.
  • CRM and/or Cathlab experience is highly desirable.
  • Obtain and maintain certification as specified by our company.
  • Be intellectually curious and willing to learn and be coached continuously.
  • Travel within the assigned region, as well as other regions as required.
  • Maintain a valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to relocate to Gold Coast is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBHRE Certified would be an advantage.
  • Prior CRM/cathlab experience would be highly valued.
