Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, from check-in to check-out and beyond
  • Be responsible for completing a wide range of front office tasks, ensuring every day is different and engaging
  • Provide guests with local information and recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of the neighborhood and its attractions
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • A people person with the ability to build genuine connections with colleagues and guests
  • A passion for customer service, with a strong focus on making every guest feel welcome and valued
  • Previous experience in high-level customer service is desirable, but not essential
  • Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, including early mornings and late nights, and public holidays
  • A manual driver's license is preferred
