About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at Signature Staff Pty Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our RMS system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments and perform other administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized, maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in using booking systems, RMS advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to pass a Police Check upon successful selection.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekend and evening shifts.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
