Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our team at Workforce Extensions Footscray. This exciting opportunity will be on dayshift, Monday - Friday 6am-2.30pm, with a pay rate of $29.04 per hour.

As an Injection Moulding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for trouble shooting/problem solving techniques, start up and shutdown of machines, quality control of product, reading and understanding drawings, daily running of machines (Plastics and Rubber Injection mould machines), quality assurance, computer programming (setting up measurements), and other warehouse duties when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in production/injection moulding is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and work as a team is essential.
  • Physically fit and healthy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work closely with others.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
