Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room escorts, and valet parking while promoting hotel amenities and safety features.
  • Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, mail, and amenity deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Concierge team in addressing guest concerns, assisting with baggage storage, and ensuring the lobby remains tidy.
  • Train new associates and participate in training programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive team player with adaptability to changing situations and guest demands.
  • Skilled at maintaining a calm and efficient approach in dynamic environments.
  • Current Western Australia Driver's License – C Class (manual and automatic).
