About the Role

BDO WA is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client services team. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming phone calls, greeting clients, and supporting the coordination of meeting bookings. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong professional communication skills and the ability to multitask responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet and greet clients in a welcoming and courteous manner.
  • Support the coordination of meeting bookings, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Receive and manage the process of both incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Perform general administration duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
