Job Description

As a FIFO Site Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our remote sites. This includes welcoming and assisting visitors and residents, checking in and out our residents, compiling reports for stakeholders, and performing general reception duties.

You will also be required to manage the front desk reception and kiosk, assist with building maintenance requests, and perform other tasks as needed. Your can-do attitude and focus on service delivery will make you an asset to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience within a customer service role
  • Experience with INX Inflight software system (desired)
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
