Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Inventory Manager to oversee our logistics operations and ensure seamless delivery of goods across four warehouses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing national inbound supply, inventory management, and compliance with warehousing and transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory gaps and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve interface transaction errors and oversee stock movement between state warehouses.
  • Analyse product launch plans and develop rolling inbound volume forecasts.
  • Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure receipt of stock aligns with sales targets and forecasts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct performance reviews for team members.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as free on-site parking, generous employee discounts, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inbound Freight Management and/or warehouse and transport management, with experience in inventory management.
  • Prior team management experience and a Tertiary Logistics qualification (desirable).
  • Proficient in SAP (IM Module) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
