We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Theatre Logistics team, providing day-to-day leadership and management of logistic services for both internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the successful delivery of events and productions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive skills and experience in live theatre/entertainment industry, with demonstrated experience in rostering staff according to resourcing requirements. They will also possess knowledge and understanding of information technology systems and processes, including equipment management, warehousing and logistics or similar.

  • Lead and motivate teams in a continuously evolving environment
  • Develop and implement procedures to meet working conditions and client needs
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, equipment, and inventory
