About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering freight safely and efficiently to our customers, as well as loading and unloading various types of freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately deliver customer freight within agreed timeframes;
  • Maintain accurate records of freight movements and match them against current paperwork;
  • Communicate regularly with the depot management team;
  • Maintain accurate truck logs in line with state legislation;
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently;
  • Manually handle freight and curtain gates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current and valid HR Licence;
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF);
  • Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting of freight and operating curtains;
  • Previous experience in the transport industry, preferably with general freight carriers;
  • Experience working in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environments;
  • A basic understanding of Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
