Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Darwin Private Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the supply management of hospital wards and the peri-operative unit within the hospital, handling supply & imprest queries, and performing general duties in our logistics area.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of physical work. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a culture of caring for both patients and employees.

You will report directly to the Supply Manager and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the supply management of hospital wards and the peri-operative unit
  • Handle supply & imprest queries
  • Perform general duties in our logistics area
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with a computerized purchasing system (desired but not essential)
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Proven time management and problem-solving ability
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
