Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our team at The NRMA. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations matters, including policy and entitlements, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will work closely with our people leaders and HR business partners to develop and implement HR/IR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely advice on employment relations matters, including policy and entitlements, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including people leaders and HR business partners.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR/IR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Preparing and presenting reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Providing support on EA negotiations and due diligence activities.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in IR/HR or law-related field.
  • 5+ years' demonstrated experience in a similar role managing employment matters.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer-centric advice and influence outcomes through effective communication and collaborative stakeholder management.
