As an Employee Relations Specialist with Cubic Transportation Systems (Australia) Pty Limited, you will play a critical role in promoting a consistent and fair approach to all employee relations matters within your designated region. Your responsibilities will include case management of employee relations matters, such as leave of absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance improvement, investigations, and reasonable accommodations. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee relations records and supporting analytics. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and decision-making authority, working under the supervision of the HR Director.
