Job Description

As a key member of our HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to people leaders and teams in the coordination of hiring processes, new employee onboarding, internal communications, and administration of our HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with people leaders and teams to assist with hiring for waged roles
  • Coordinate and support new employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions into the organization
  • Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to create and implement regular internal communications strategies
  • Administer and update our HRIS system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with site enterprise agreements, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information as required
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Human Resources and/or Business, preferably at degree level, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
