HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join our organization in a pivotal role that fosters employee growth and success. As an integral member of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the future career development of our employees.
About the Role:- Partner with management and teams to assist with hiring for waged positions
- Coordinate and support new employee onboarding processes
- Work with leadership and the HR department to compile and write regular internal communications
- Administer and update our human resources information system
- Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with enterprise agreements
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources and/or Business and at least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a human resources function. Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills are essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal ability. You will also need to demonstrate strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
