Job Overview

The Leisure Facilities Leader plays a pivotal role in developing and managing staff within the leisure facility to ensure appropriate personnel are engaged to provide consistent, quality programs and services.

  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure efficient service delivery, smooth programming, and effective use of resources.
  • Manage financial and human resources within the areas of responsibility in the specific leisure facility.

About You:

  • Qualifications and/or extensive experience in financial management and staff leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, services, programs, and activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a high level of customer satisfaction, where community needs are the central focus, and strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential.
