Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented group and contribute to our innovative approach to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders and teams to assist with hiring for various roles.
  • Coordinate and support new employee onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to create regular internal communications.
  • Administer and update our HR information system.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with site agreements.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or Business is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a Human Resources function.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs, with a good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate with others.
  • The ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
