Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and teams to assist with hiring for roles
  • Coordinate and support new employee onboarding processes
  • Collate and write regular internal communications with leadership and the team
  • Administer and update our HRIS system
  • Support implementation and compliance with enterprise agreements
Requirements
  • Qualification in Human Resources and/or Business (degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a Human Resources function
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs, with a good understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate with others
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information
