Job Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with people leaders and teams to assist with hiring for waged roles, coordinating and supporting new employee onboarding, collaborating with leadership and the HR team to create regular internal communications, administering and updating our HRIS, and supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance with site Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the hiring process for waged roles in collaboration with people leaders and teams.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to design and distribute regular internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our HRIS.
  • Ensure adherence to site Enterprise Agreements through proactive support and monitoring.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within a Human Resources function is required.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as employment laws and regulations, is essential.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others is crucial.
  • An individual who can navigate complex situations, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information will thrive in this position.
