Job Summary

The Leisure Facilities Leader is a critical role in overseeing the development and management of staff within the leisure facility to ensure high-quality programs and services are delivered consistently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance, support, and mentoring to staff to foster a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused team.
  • Oversee daily facility operations to guarantee efficient service delivery, smooth programming, and effective resource utilization.
  • Manage revenue and expenditure within designated areas to contribute to overall operational efficiency.
  • Publish regular reports and statistical data for timely submission.
About You
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial and staff management.
  • Ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities.
  • Fostering a high level of customer satisfaction with a focus on community needs and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A current driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
  • Certified pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Defibrillation and first aid certifications.
  • Pool operations and food safety certificates.
