Leisure Operations Director

The Leisure Facilities Leader is a critical role in overseeing the development and management of staff within the leisure facility to ensure high-quality programs and services are delivered consistently.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance, support, and mentoring to staff to foster a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused team.
- Oversee daily facility operations to guarantee efficient service delivery, smooth programming, and effective resource utilization.
- Manage revenue and expenditure within designated areas to contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Publish regular reports and statistical data for timely submission.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial and staff management.
- Ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities.
- Fostering a high level of customer satisfaction with a focus on community needs and strong interpersonal skills.
- A current driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Certified pool lifeguard qualification.
- Defibrillation and first aid certifications.
- Pool operations and food safety certificates.
Please note that possessing all the required qualifications is not mandatory. However, having them will increase your chances of being selected for the position.
