We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team of patient care specialists.

About the Role

As a patient care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical transport services to patients in need. This may include transporting patients from home to hospital, hospital to hospital, or hospital to home. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care during their transport.

  • Perform patient assessments and interventions on-road
  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders
  • Assess the effectiveness of any intervention in accordance with all guidelines and regulations
  • Work independently and problem-solve within established policies and procedures
  • Maintain an understanding of policies and procedures to support best practice and patient outcome
Qualifications and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance), a Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic), or another equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities. You must also have evidence of successful completion of required clinical placements and a Clinical Skills Assessment, as well as completion of a minimum of 400 hours operational stretcher experience under the direct supervision of a clinical instructor.

  • Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance)
