Audio-Visual Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Technician to join our team. As an onsite technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the audio-visual systems on our clients' sites.

This is a full-time position based in Perth, offering a dynamic and technology-driven environment where your technical expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site maintenance for a range of audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
  • Test new AV/VC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor system health and proactively address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the technical team to implement upgrades and enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all technical work performed
  • Assist with project management and client communication as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in tools and software required for AV/VC system maintenance and configuration
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledgeable in general IT and AV
  • Australian Citizenship work rights desirable
