Job Summary
">The Facilities Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of key sites within our client property portfolio. This role ensures all premises are maintained to a high standard.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Deliver efficient and cost-effective FM services across a portfolio of properties, ensuring each property is compliant with relevant codes and standards.">
- Manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, including annual inspections and regular reporting.">
- Collaborate with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.">
- Prepare, manage, and update annual operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) budgets in conjunction with clients and team members.">
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures, asset management, and other agreed premises management initiatives.">
- Prepare consolidated monthly reports, including client service requests, key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline.">
- Manage energy savings programs, maintaining accurate data on system set points, timer clocks, and equipment usage.">
- Proactively report on potential energy efficiency improvements and monitor their implementation.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Tertiary qualifications in property discipline or trade background are desirable.">
- At least 2 years' experience in facilities management.">
- A proven track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance.">
- A good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolios to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, project, and service-related financial management.">
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.">
- Logical and analytical thought processes, with good problem-solving skills.">
- A good working knowledge of current Health & Safety at work Acts.">
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in core Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.">
- Able to travel, requiring a driver's license.">

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
