We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our evolution towards intelligent, real-time pricing models. As the Revenue Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated pricing strategies across fare and ancillary products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximise revenue growth.
  • Dynamic Pricing Models: Lead the shift from static to dynamic pricing models, enabling real-time fare adjustments based on demand signals.
  • Total Revenue Management: Build the foundation for total revenue management, breaking down silos to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Analytics and Technology: Establish world-class analytics capabilities and partner with technology teams to modernise pricing infrastructure.
  • Change Management: Champion machine learning and AI-driven pricing solutions while embedding continuous pricing into core workflows.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, digital, finance, and technology functions to accelerate transformation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering innovation and commercial excellence.

About You:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams through complex change.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; aviation experience highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in pricing systems, data analytics tools, and revenue optimisation platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with dynamic pricing models, machine learning applications, and digital retailing technologies.
  • Commercial Mindset: Deep understanding of total revenue management principles and commercial mindset focused on profitability.
  • Influence and Alignment: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse functions.
