Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Strategist to lead our pricing evolution, driving revenue growth through cutting-edge strategies and data-driven insights. As part of our team, you will optimize our revenue portfolio across fare and ancillary products, leveraging real-time dynamic models to enhance customer value perception.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing integrated pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Leading the shift from static to dynamic pricing models, enabling real-time fare adjustments based on demand signals
  • Building total revenue management capabilities to break down silos and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Establishing world-class analytics capabilities and partnering with technology teams to modernize pricing infrastructure
  • Championing machine learning and AI-driven pricing solutions while embedding continuous pricing into core workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy with measurable revenue outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams through complex change
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; aviation experience highly valued
  • Strong proficiency in pricing systems, data analytics tools, and revenue optimization platforms
  • Experience with dynamic pricing models, machine learning applications, and digital retailing technologies
  • Deep understanding of total revenue management principles and commercial mindset focused on profitability
