
Pricing Strategist

The Senior Consultant / Senior Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of pricing strategies across NAB customer segments. This includes considering Merchant Services profitability, product strategy, and overall relationship value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing models that balance Merchant Services profit margins with business objectives.
- Manage analysis of competitive market conditions to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation.
- Oversee the end-to-end pricing process, ensuring robust controls and compliance with internal standards.
- Support strategic initiatives, including business case modeling and analysis.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing decisions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking, ideally in a pricing or product management function.
- Strong understanding of pricing models and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk management principles in banking/finance.
- Business acumen and financial understanding.
