Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our real estate operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of accurate real estate listings through data entry and regular updates.
  • Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments for potential buyers or tenants, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare and distribute essential real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements, in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research on available properties and market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and social media promotions, to showcase our properties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a real estate or customer service role is preferred, demonstrating relevant skills and expertise.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is necessary for task efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective client interaction.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation is crucial for maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is necessary for achieving shared goals.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required for this position.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
