Leadership is a vital part of our team's success, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Room Leader.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Educators, providing specialist support from a diverse and caring team.

This involves:

  • Leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff to achieve centre objectives.
  • Assisting with the mentoring of permanent and casual employees.
  • Following an approved curriculum, where you will be a role model for children in developing lifelong skills.
  • Making lessons captivating and enjoyable for individuals and small groups of children.
  • Delivering consistent high-quality practice of the National Quality Framework.
  • Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in care.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
