Job Title: Residential Care Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with residents, families, and carers.
  • High level of understanding of the aged care sector and its complexities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
