Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, mentor, and lead staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Manage quality assurance, oversee technical aspects of care provision, and provide professional leadership for your team.
You will play a crucial part in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing individualized care.
What We Need From YouWe are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate who possesses:
- A Certificate IV in Aged Care and relevant experience.
- The ability to build supportive relationships with clients and staff within a relationship-based model of care.
- Knowledge of aged care policies and procedures.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping those in need.
