Care Leadership Role

We are seeking experienced Care Managers to join our leadership team across two aged care homes in Melbourne and Sydney.

Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of care delivery, working closely with service managers to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care in a warm environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring care staff with a supportive approach
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Supporting daily care operations and collaborating with clinical leaders
  • Fostering strong relationships with residents and families
  • Promoting a culture of kindness, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven 3 years of leadership experience in residential aged care
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
  • Collaborative approach to leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
