The role involves checking-in and checking-out guests efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You'll address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

You will also perform end-of-day procedures, including reconciliation of all revenue and expenses. Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.

Additional duties include ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring security systems, performing regular site inspections, and responding to emergencies. Complete nightly housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area. Assist with any late-night guest needs, late check-ins, wake-up calls, or special requests.

Maintenance of accurate records of guest accounts, room charges, and payment methods is also required. Assist with the preparation of the next day's reservations and guest arrival list. Communicate any guest issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
