We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Rydges Kalgoorlie. As the main point of contact for our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from reservation to departure.

This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Ideal candidates will have availability between 15-32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests
  • Manage front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Process payments and handle guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Previous experience in a front office role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
