Job Description:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet clients in a positive manner and provide exceptional customer service
  • Administrative duties: Manage the switchboard, respond to emails, and assist with documentation and data entry
  • Key management: Secure and manage access to the office
  • Support the property management team: Assist with administrative tasks and routine inspection packs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience is desired
  • Passion for the real estate industry
  • Well-presented individual with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
